Word Images 1967-1970—This work was all completed prior to the advent of the computer, using multiple copies of positive and negative photostats to create numerous repetitions. A photostat camera consisted of a very large copy board, bellows, and lens, used to make enlarged or reduced-size black and white photographic paper prints or film.
